Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community

Nursery

Hello and welcome to our 3 Year Old Nursery provision here at Oasis Limeside.

At Oasis Limeside we offer quality child care and education for children aged between 3 and 4 years old. We provide an outstanding Early Years education with a highly qualified teacher and very experienced staff.

We welcome all children the term after their 3rd birthday (i.e. September, January and after Easter).

We plan activities to help your child’s learning journey through the Early Years Foundation Stage, towards all their early learning goals. With a bright and stimulating learning environment, where your child can learn thorough their play, both indoors and outdoors.

We focus on the 3 prime areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage, which support your child’s Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Communication and Language and Physical Development to give your child the best start in their education.

If you are interested in a place in our OUTSTANDING early years environment please phone the academy on 0161 688 7535 or email info@oasislimeside.org for more information or to make an informal visit.

We look forward to meeting you!

Session Times

We are a term-time only nursery, working within the EYFS curriculum, with part time sessions.  Morning Nursery times are 8.30am- 11.30am. Afternoon sessions are 12.20pm – 3.20pm.

We offer the Government nursery education grant funding for 3 & 4 years olds and can take children who are entitled to 15 hour funding. Please speak to us at the school office for more information.

Key Workers / Named Person

To help us effectively meet their individual care and learning needs, each child is assigned to a named person (key worker) for the whole school year. The named person will work closely with you to identify your child’s next developmental milestones such as potty training or preparing for transition to school. They provide a first point of contact for you and your child and are responsible for maintaining your child’s Learning Journey and keeping his/her assessments up to date. When appropriate, the named person will liaise and work in partnership with other child care services to ensure consistency of care and provision.
