Reaching high for a healthy snack

Some of our tallest pupils from year 4, 5 and 6 helped our tallest teacher Mr Lougheed pick apples from our tree this lunchtime. The apples will be washed and used tomorrow by our amazing chef Ian in the children’s school dinners. If you are walking past the tree, which is next to the main reception, and see an apple that looks ready do help yourself! Just check for any big holes from insects.

Later in the school year our gardening club will help to prune the tree ready for the next year of growing.
